TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Method
1. Half of the payment must be made for the work to begin and the rest will be requested before final delivery.
2. Payment can be made via Paypal, if you are from Mexico you can make transfers.
3. Drastic changes will not be allowed after the sketch stage (In case the client requests it, it will have an extra cost).
4. The order can take from two weeks to a month. The client will be informed of any unforeseen events and will be given screenshots of the process as it is carried out.
5. There are no refunds or cancellations (Commission only if you are sure).
6. When the illustration is finished, the high resolution file will be sent to your email.Copyright
1. It is prohibited: Edit, recolor, trace, take credit for the illustration, erase or cover the signature, reproduce for commercial purposes; use in AI, NFT'S or some CRYPTO method.
2. For security, the editable format will not be delivered.
3. If the client publishes the illustration on social networks, it is appreciated that they leave the corresponding credits. There would be an extra charge if the artwork is for commercial purposes.
4. The commission will be used to promote the artist's work, if you want to keep it private, please notify in advance.Commission Request
This information is a recommendation to make the commissioning process easier.1. Name and pronouns with which the artist can address the client.
2. Specify your payment method, to request the email anchored to Paypal and be able to send the invoice or, if it is a transfer, to be able to send the account number.
3. Describe what type of commission is requested.
4. Send as many references and specifications as possible in order to provide a more satisfactory result for the client (Images, descriptions, references, expression, pose, personality, etc).
